HTC has offering extensive and experienced resources in rail and transit planning and engineering to public and private agencies. We have been providing railroad/rail transit planning, design and construction support for freight, commuter, and light/heavy rail transit systems, including review or design engineering for railroad, track work, bridges, tunnels, stations, maintenance facilities. Construction services have involved inspection and management of light/heavy rail assignments, along with bridges, highways, tunnels, and related public works facilities.  

Each HTC rail team is staffed with personnel possessing exceptional credentials, successful past performance, and functional and technical expertise in this specialty field. While it is often about “location”, it is also about the ability to communicate, coordinate, and take action within the team itself, and with clients, stakeholders, end users, and regulatory agencies.
