With 27 years’ experience in the transportation and traffic engineering He was holding the key post at Jeddah Traffic police and serve as a senior officer in the department. Mr. Hathloul  has been responsible for the solves transportation problems by studies and supervision of roads, bridges, tunnels, transportation planning, drainage designing, pavement designing and maintenance, Traffic engineering, Transportation planning, roundabouts, traffic signals, ITS (Intelligent Transportation systems) and railroad infrastructure. We are the trusted traffic engineers who address multi-modal safety and capacity issues. We are the professional engineers who implement and supervise ITS (Intelligent Transportation systems) in Jeddah City. And we are the inspectors who make sure projects are constructed as designed.
